I have never been diagnosed with celiac disease, but I did cut gluten out of my diet and it has helped tremendously... I feel more energy and have less bowel / abdominal pains and discomfort.

Hello... first post on this forum group... I have had several blood tests and an endoscopy, but all tests have been negative; however, I feel I have to have some issue with my ability to eat gluten because when I consum anything with gluten, I immediately feel bad: bloating, constipation, lack of energy and abdominal pain...
Anyone else?
