Hi all, my wife suffers from Celiac Disease and obviously it has eliminated gluten from her diet. She adores banana bread but I wanted to ask if there were others who could give us their favourite gluten free food options. Maybe that can inspire us to cook something up too. I know people say that it is quite hard to have a lot of gluten-free recipes but I beg to differ!
