@MBIBD7 I am sorry to hear about your insurance... Not to jump on a soap box, but I wish the medical system would be better... I feel we are going backwards.
Have your doctor call your insurance company; if he is prescibing you the medication it is because he see it as medically neccessary and thus your insurance you accept, but they may put up a fight and then you must fight back. Call the insurance company also.

I’ve had 3 colonoscopys. 2 sigmoidoscopys. EGD. Genetic testing. 4 ct scans. 3 hospitalizations MRI and biopsy’s. Still. My insurance is denying anti inflammatory meds cause no diagnosis.
