Hey @WillowG! How are you feeling today?
Thank you for starting this discussion. I want to remind you that there is nothing wrong with having a stoma. Have you considered therapy, to help you deal with these preoccupations?
Let me tag some of the members here so that they could share their thoughts on the subject 😉

Do you ever feel nervous in public because of your condition? Do you have a stoma bag? How does it make you feel?
Thank you in advance for your answers! :)
Take care,

I have a stoma and I get looks and questions every time I go outside. I don't know how to deal with it because I don't want to pay attention to people who I don't even know but I can't help it. It makes me feel very uncomfortable. Lately, I have been staying home because I simply can't deal with it anymore. How do you deal with feeling anxious around others because of your condition?
