Utilize it for what its there for. Be as open as you feel that you can. Focus on yourself while you're there. I have PTSD and was in a facility less than two years ago. I feel that it really helped point me in the right direction for me. Good luck and live for yourself! πΒ

My family and treatment team is strongly urging me to attend a 30-day Residential Program. for my depression and suicidal thoughts. I feel like it'll be a waste of my time, money, and energy.
Does anyone have any insight on programs in the USA? What was your experience like? What should I know about programs like these?
