Cryptogenetic cirhiorros - migraines, enlarged liver and spleen, no appetite, and restless sleep

I have cryptogenic cirrhosis of the liver which is from ulcerative colitis and stage 3 renal failure. Needless to say I also suffer with chronic back pain and I go to pain management but with my liver your not to take Tylenol and your kidneys your not suppose to take ibphroens. I've been having problems with low bp so my family dr wants me to come off the zanaflex I have tried.I have got down to one a day but for over a month I've been having a lot of migraines to where I am in bed 2 or 3 days a week even before I started to cut back I'm taking imtrex for the migraines and a take topamax . With the new ultrasound on my liver it said my liver was enlarged and so was my spleen before they weren't. Is this a side effect.I have no appetite to eat and I am very restless in my sleep. I don't ever get in a deep sleep and my mind never stops when I am sleeping anyone else have similar problems?
