Hello Carenity!

I was thinking of getting an air fryer, I was thinking it would be a good alternative way to cook foods that don't have added fats. I have struggled with Ulcerative colitis since I was 28 and I am always paying a lot of attention to what I eat. I've seen some videos on social media about dishes that can be prepared using this new kitchen gadget and I have hope. I just don't want it to be another thing I buy and use for a second then forget. What are your experiences with one?
