Hello everyone,
How are you doing?
For some patients of endometriosis, hormonal therapies can be difficult to tolerate or unsuitable due to side effects, personal circumstances, or the preference for natural alternatives. Thankfully, in recent years, many hormone-free approaches have been developed that could provide relief.
Today, let’s discuss these alternatives:
Have you tried non-hormonal painkillers or physio therapeutic approaches? Do methods like thermotherapy or specific types of exercise help, and if so, which ones?
And have you had positive experiences with acupuncture or herbal preparations?
