Hello, I'm thinking about getting a laparotomy for my endometriosis and I'd like to know if anyone has had this kind of surgery, how it went and how long it took you to recover?

I already talked about it with my doctor but I want to hear from someone who actually had the surgery.

I had the surgery and I was down for almost 2 weeks. But everyone is different. Personally it was the best decision I made.
