@Courtney_J I've heard of nutritional methods like supplements and diet changes to try to help endo, but I've never tried anything myself. I'd be interested to hear how osteopathy can help endo, isn't that like muscle and bone work? I also have to be careful because I have Crohn's and I know some herbal remedies and other things can interact with my meds.
