@depressedme Hello depressedme, I'm sorry you're going through that. I'm sure the added stress of the COVID-19 situation isn't helping either. Let me tag some members who may be able to share some advice with you.
Hello everyone, how are you doing in these strange times? Do you have any advice for depressed me? How long do your flares usually last? What do you do to mitigate them? Have you noticed any triggers?

Hi everyone, I was hoping to get some of your opinions/perspectives. I've had lupus for a while now, but these past few months have been exceptionally bad. I'm on plaquenil and a small dose of cortisone. I've been having a flare up for several weeks now with intense pain and incredible fatigue. I have a hard time getting out of bed.
I'm getting desperate. How long can flares last? I don't think I've every had one this long. It feels like ages. Do you think this is my new normal? I can't work like this, but I have a pretty healthy lifestyle, I eat well and sleep a lot (especially lately because of the fatigue).
Does anyone have any experience with this or feedback? I'm at my breaking point I think and it's really having an impact on my already shaky mental health. Any advice is appreciated!
