Hi @Worsebuthopefull
Its difficult to get a new diagnosis and go on the internet. As you've noticed, there are so many articles about the most extreme symptoms. Online communities like Carenity are a great source of information. I will tag a few members who may be able to share their osteoarthritis experiences with you.
@LiliGU @rubyannmtz @Debp2358 @Nay1008 @PattiMckeown @Marebear @maritwood @Bless123 @Catmommeow @MerlinSage @Janet52 @bloodandsound @dhann5 @Elliep @Badbones @Mariea @Broken2infinty @RBO0813 @HollyHay @Kmannin76 @Cdionne1089 @BruizednBroken @TheresaMGarms @Sandyrussell @Fchris4kath @Kanna3 @KarenSmith @kaylee8 @Rbecca
What is something that triggers your osteoarthritis? What should I avoid doing in order to feel better? How do you cope with your illness?
Let's help our new member @Worsebuthopefull out with her diagnosis.
Take care,
Lizzi from the Carenity team

I have been diagnosed with osteoarthritis recently and I feel like I am spiraling. I read so many articles about the condition and it makes me feel like I am disabled. So I wanted to ask people who actually know what it feels like to live it. What is something that can trigger osteoarthritis to act up? What should I avoid doing in order to feel better? Please help!
