I have mild osteoporosis - recently diagnosed, so as of now its impact is not much more than me taking into consideration this condition and trying to do as best proactive measures I can take to limits its impact on my daily life. I am more cautious in the things I do, especially with lifting things. I also am more attentive to my diet and activities to increase / maintain bone strength.

I am worried about the future though as I have, through my searching, where people had difficulties walking or doing activities.
