I have a stoma and I get looks and questions every time I go outside. I don't know how to deal with it because I don't want to pay attention to people who I don't even know but I can't help it. It makes me feel very uncomfortable. Lately, I have been staying home because I simply can't deal with it anymore. How do you deal with feeling anxious around others because of your condition?
