Howdy. Hoping wellness. My CPAP is a ResMed 10, I think. I use full face mask, & know mask does have many leaks!! Don't feel I'm getting full benefit of it, hence exhausted all day. See sleep therapist tomorrow. Likely tell me to Get Some Sleep Hygiene. I have None now ( fall asleep on couch, caffeine late into p.m., etc.). This is ridiculous!! Yes, aging can cause tiredness, but this is way too much. Not normal. Diet really needs help too. Don't much like having to sleep w a machine on my face, yet, for health sake, I do. Bought own CPAP, as insurance kept taking them back due to not using them enough, 4 hours night, minimum. Anyone else relate to such frustrations??
Been busy lately, so haven't had chance to connect.

Hi. I have an Airsense 10, I dislike it with a passion!! Think I rip it off at night, wake up with it hissing at me. Not even sure it helps. Why am I still so Exhausted with capital E?? I gather most dislike CPAPs. My Dad hated his. Like I say who wants to sleep w any machine on their face..... Then, to add insult to injury, was screeched at most of shift, due to my autism & lack of understanding. I want to Quit, w capital Q!! Gotta get couple ppls 2 cents worth before. Time for shower, & crashing. Hope everyone has good rest of day or night & Happy Holidays!!! Once I bake a custard pie, I'll be better. Add egg NOG, yum!!

ResMed 11. I've been using it of and on since last February. The machine is quiet enough, and I'm still experimenting with masks. I've also recently added oxygen to the treatment. Not sure if it's helping yet, but my oxygen absorption is up. With mild apnea I don't expect the results others get with more severe apnea.

I have a Resmed 11 for my main unit, Resmed 10 for a spare and Transcend Micro for travel. Insurance paid for the Resmed 10 and never liked that I had to use Oscar to get any feedback on how it was working.

I use the ResMed 10. It is quiet and easy to maintain. I am a mouth breather unfortunately and use the airtouch full face mask

I have resmed airfit 11 and hate everything about this equipment. Don't like any of the masks I have tried, don't like being tethered to a machine with a hose, etc. Masks are fine if you don't move during the night, but still leak, and who does not move while asleep. Wish there was a better way to address this issue. Looks like plenty of people don't adjust well to the masks, so what is an alternative to someone who has been diagnosed with severe sleep apnea and afib. I don't have sleep apnea symptoms, other than apparently I am a mouth breather. Right now, trying airfit 40 but it still leaks and makes alot of noise. So if I wear it, and can't fall asleep, is that better than sleeping and not wearing it.

A common device used to help manage sleep apnea is the CPAP machine, which stands for Continuous Positive Airway Pressure. With many different machines on the market... there is a variety in choices.
Which CPAP machine do you use? What are the pros and cons of your CPAP machine?
