@Docholiday31‍ are you diagnosed with all three of those disorders? I believe schizoaffective disorder is the diagnosis for when a person has schizophrenia and mood disorders (such as bipolar)...

I used to be on antipsychotics; however, I have not been on them for some time and thanks to a doctor I have been focusing on cognitive behavioral therapy and counseling, in addition my work load has helped the psychosis also. I have gone through moods and have had a few set backs that made me consider going back on antipsychotics, but I am trying to not.

I also try to make sure I eat a healthy diet and dose up on vit. c, fish oil, and alanine. I am not recommending this, but it is a course to speak with your doctor about.
