Hi @Saddogparent - read your other post about the CPAP machine not working and thus it causing you to not get any good sleep and be tired...
I would wonder if the migraines are a result of the poor sleep you continue to face and if you find a solution to the sleep disruption the headaches would cease? I know I would get headaches when I would not sleep well, and sometimes still get them when I wake up if I do not wear the CPAP machine or have some other issue disrupting my sleep.
I would look into the dental/oral devices I mentioned instead of the CPAP machine or at least bring it up to your doctor and do some research on it and other alternatives to the CPAP machine.

I've been getting migraines for many years now, and have tried just about every medication that there is. My neurologist now has me taking Aimovig. Been injecting that for 5 months now, but am not having even a bit of relief.
