Hi @Kelly11
How are you today?
I'm sorry your condition has left you feeling terrible for so long. Finding motivation can be very difficult when struggling with a chronic illness. Everyone has bad days and days that are less difficult. The whole point of Carenity is to have an outlet for venting and sharing experiences. I'll tag a few other members who may want to share their experiences as well!

Have you tried the gluten/dairy free diets? If so, what worked, what didn't? Where do you find motivation to deal with your condition?
Take care,
Lizzi

Hey all,
My life as been a rollercoaster for 2 years now with thyroid disease. It doesn't seem to be long before I'm underactive again and now I'm low in B12. I just want to feel normal again. I have chronic fatigue and that's just hard when trying to work full time & looking for after two young kids. All I'm hearing is I should go on a gluten and diary free diet, but its so hard when you have zero motivation. My doctor never once mentioned this diet. I'm just feeling deflated. I never feel OK for long. Is this condition worse because its autoimmune? I'm lucky I have a good doctor that listens. I just wish there was a quick fix. I know people are dealing with worse out there so I'm lucky. I just needed to vent.
