Hi Lee - I do not use any brain training applications. I am not the younger generation, but I do have a smart phone, so I may try it. I do play crossword puzzles.

Brain exercise (brain stimulation and training) is one of the important factors in potentially delaying Alzheimer's and/or preventing Alzheimer's.
There are numerous brain exercise applications available for Samsung, Apple, and other devices, such as Lumosity, Peak, Fit Brains Trainer, and Elevate. (Click here for a link to some of the top applications)
Do you or a loved one use any brain stimulating applications? If so, which application?
What do you enjoy most with using the application? How often do you use it?
