Hi @Emily.lisena, thank you for sharing with us. Let me tag some other members who can possibly weight in on this.
Hi everyone, how are you doing?
Do you ever feel like your mental illness - be it OCD, anxiety, or something else - causes you to overthink, overfixate, or overanalyze your relationships with others? Do you ever feel stressed or worked up about how people think of you? How do you handle it? Can you relate to what @Emily.lisena describes?

Hi. Happy weekend. @Emily.lisena I totally get what u are saying. I also get irritated, to point of anger, when ppl go after me & make me pissed. I've learned the hard way that *control* isn't all that it's cracked up to be. Just be yourself. Your business is No One else's business. Ppl will always irk us, but taking it personally is not healthy. Good luck.

I also go through the same thing. I have have come through a cycle of obsessing over what people are thinking or talking about me about for a couple of months to a few days now. It took medications, therapy, and reality checking. Keep checking in this was also helpful to me. You can deal with this.
