Hey @magicpamela! I hope you are having a good day!
Thank you very much for opening such interesting discussion. Dealing with BPD triggers can challenging and at times frustrating. I will tag some members, who might want to share their thoughts on the topic so we can discuss it all together.

Hey guys! How are you feeling today? How do you manage BPD triggers? Is stress a big triggering factor for you? Have you ever noticed positive stress affecting your condition?
Take care,

@Classycathy Absolutely! Try the cannabis pens. The come in Sativa (energetic high), Indica (a mellow and relaxing high) or blends. You can read on the box to see what the strain type is so you don’t grab the wrong one. I use Indica during my manic episodes. While it doesn’t completely rid me of the mania, but it definitely helps and gives me some relief. I believe you can buy them online. Our friends usually have them on hand so we get ours that way. Good luck!🍀

Hi
I have been living with diagnosed BPD for about 20 years now. After what feels like forever trying to figure out what meds worked for me they still warned me to be aware of things that cause additional stress because it can still trigger me. I recently discovered is that they didn't mean just bad stress but also good stress. I have been hyper aware of life events that stress me out-stress from work, other medical procedures for me/my family, financial stress, etc. What I didn't expect was for good stress to also trigger me. I just signed on a new house that I have been planning for a while now, but I've noticed my equilibrium is off again. Has anyone else experienced more episodes during a time where 'good things' are happening in your life?
Thank you!
