@Escaliber202023 Hello Escaliber202023, I'm sorry you're feeling sad. Coping with depression at work can be incredibly difficult. Is there anyone at work you can talk to about how you're feeling, like a supervisor, coworker, or someone from HR?
Take care,
Lee

Well I feel like no matter how I try to talk to my company even though we have advocates in our company it honestly does not feel like I’m getting the support I want or need

@Escaliber202023 Hi Escaliber202023, I'm sorry they're letting you down at work. I'd encourage you to look into seeing if you are eligible for "reasonable accommodation". Under the Americans with Disabilities Act, if your company fits certain conditions you may be able to ask for a "reasonable accommodation," or some type of change in the way things are normally done at work to make it easier to cope. You can find out more information on the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission website:
Depression, PTSD, & Other Mental Health Conditions in the Workplace: Your Legal Rights
I hope this helps. Please keep us updated on how things progress at work.
Take care,
Lee

So far I have had complications in homes since I got this job and I’m so upset in a sad way because I truly love what I do I just don’t understand how companies can let people be treated like this no matter if I report situations early or not I’m just feeling like I’m unworthy because that’s how they make me feel but I know I’m much more than that
