Yea. My mind tends to run so fast once I decide to lay my head on the pillow... it is like my mind suddenly remembers everything it must take care of in the day and do. I even sometimes get up in the middle of the night and write things down so I do not forget the next day or put things in my phone as reminders because for some reason I remember it when I am laying down. Sometimes I become so worked up over this I begin to sweat just thinking about it all.

@depressedme no you're not alone. Even though I work 2 jobs when ever I get the chance to fall asleep 2 or 3 hrs later I'm up. Tired but my mind gets to wondering. 😔😔😔

this happens to me when i am most stressed. Like if work is hectic, if I got worrisome test results or waiting for results , my joints are really unbearably achy etc. i take like 10-20mg of melatonin which usually keeps me sleeping through the night. i also watch my liquid intake 2 hours before bed, I don't drink anything so that i don't have to wake up in the middle of the night. this has helped but on some days it still happens.

i@depressedme yes you're not alone in this, it is almost a miracle if i cam get 5 straight hours of sleep a night, or 5 hours period! i struggle a lot at work to stay awake and it is really worrying me because i do not want to mess up at work and lose my job but of course that worrying only makes sleeping that much more difficult! it's exhausting!!!!!!

Hi everyone,
so lately I have found myself falling asleep, which is not too hard, but then a few hours later I wake up (usually to go to the bathroom) and then when I lay back down, despite being super tired still, I have difficulty falling back asleep.
It is then where I start to think and think about all the things that make me feel depressed or stressed out and I will start to sweat and this prolongs me ever being able to fall back asleep. The other night I could not fall back asleep at all and laid there in bed from 2 am to 5 am! Then I was exhausted the rest of the day.
Anyone else have this issue or experienced it?
