Hi @lawrenceSTL
How are you doing today?
I am sorry you are feeling down. Remember getting daily exercise and going outside can help with your mental health. There are residual affects from pandemic time that our bodies and minds are still stying to overcome. Let me see what other Carenity members say about the pandemic, working from home, and depression.

What has your experience been with the pandemic, working from home and depression? Have you noticed yourself more depressed since? What do you do to help keep your depression to a minimal?
Let's share for @lawrenceSTL
Take care,

Well, I can't say if it causes depression, but yes, I do experience more depression working from home. I balance it out by making sure I make it outside for a walk or to see friends at least once a day.

It helps me feel better when I get out to go to work. Without it I wouldn't hardly leave my house. With depression the last thing you want to do is stay at home all the time.

Oh, my God, it does. I think after all these quarantines, it's pretty clear. It's awful, it's just awful. I've been dealing with it, too. The only thing that saves me, to be honest, is shopping. A couple of times a month I go in, order a couple hundred worth of stuff, and somehow I feel better. I like to buy all the Desiner brands. I recently bought men's outdoor gloves. I think this is my favorite site, very high quality clothing

Yeah, working from home can definitely mess with your mood. It's easy to feel isolated and disconnected from the world when you're stuck indoors all day. I've found that making sure to take regular breaks, getting outside when I can, and staying connected with coworkers helps a lot.

Hi,
I'm sorry to hear that you've been feeling depressed. Working from home can definitely have its challenges, especially during these unprecedented times. It's important to prioritize your mental health and seek support if you're struggling. Have you considered talking to a therapist or counselor about how you're feeling? Sometimes, just having someone to talk to can make a big difference. Remember, you're not alone, and there are resources available to help you feel better.

Hi
I was just wondering if working from home has given anyone depression. I've been WFH since the pandemic and over the last year or so I've gotten a bit depressed, I'm wondering if it is from working from home.
Let me know what your thoughts are..
