HI
My depression makes it almost impossible for me to do normal things, get gas, go grocery shopping. I also have Lupus, but honestly its the depression that I struggle with the most. I often spiral, my thoughts lead from one to another but none of them are good. The meds my doctor has put me on help, but depression really is crippling, people just dont understand. If this survey will help people know more about depression and how impossible it is, I'll fill it out.

Hi @jasmine1092
Thank you for sharing. Many with depression face the same spiraling negative thoughts, it is so hard to escape. We can only hope that by sharing our experiences and with a little empathy, others can start to understand what it is like.
We have a few other Carenity members that suffer from Lupus and depression as well, I will tag them to to connect you all and so you can share with one another. @Danilola @BettyBorsukoff @Stepb1 @Heyzil @Shielab26 @Yayaya @heathermaupin0 @Skprine @depressedme @TSpence @jasmine1092
Take care everyone,

Depression really hurts my day to day. for sure. Some days I cannot get up and out. It can go on for several days even. A spiral of doom.
I'll do the survey, if it helps people learn how hard it is to live with depression, its not the same as being sad!
