@Cjames Sorry to hear about your loss. Life comes with changes. I believe these changes in life make and shapes who we are. Grab onto life as you are alive for a reason. In most marriages, the man is the first to go. Since you are still here, use it for good and help someone else out there. I believe that you are here for a special reason and to share your experience with others. Sharing is what makes human companionship whether on this forum or in person. Let us know how your doing and hope to hear from you.

@Cjames Hello Cjames, I'm so sorry for your loss. Losing anyone is hard to handle, but I think there is a special pain in losing one's partner. The Carenity community is here to support you in your grief. Please let us know how you are doing when you're ready.
Take care,

I hate to say it..but only time will help. Surround yourself with people who love and care about you. There is no time limit on grief and there is no right or wrong way to feel it...unless you feel like you are a danger to yourself or others. Talk about it, dont be embarrassed to cry, or feel anger. my heart goes out to you. Grief is like being in a fog and you cant see whats in front of you..just keep moving forward, its the only direction we get.
