Hello @Emma01, thank you for opening this discussion. I'm sorry to hear your depression is affecting you at school. Let me tag some other members who can possibly share their thoughts and advice with you.
Hi everyone, how are you doing today? Has your depression ever impacted your ability to focus and be productive at work or at school? How did or do you cope with it?

@Emma01 seek therapy and and a pcp. Consider a treatment plan that is best for you. Joy won't come overnight but it's a step towards getting your mind back on track. I know it feels like there is no way out the tunnel but there really is. You just have to push through! Just recently, It took me 6wks to push through my tunnel. I've had to get my meds adjusted and keeping myself busy again is really helping me.
Ask GOD for strength and keep your Faith.♥️

Sometimes I feel sad for no reason. Usually at night. I know I am very blessed and shouldn’t be sad but I can’t help my feelings.

@Leah.Linz me too!
I hate being sad. Wondering how long it'll last time. When depression comes over me all of sudden, my mind starts racing. Thinking of other thing that just makes the depression worse

I feel like I’ve hit a wall in my life. I can’t seem to get anything done on my own and I am failing out of school (again). I am in desperate need of help but there’s only so much others can do before it’s all up to me and I just don’t know what to do.
