Hi @snowydays
I'm sorry to hear you are struggling. I think this is an important topic of discussion since what you experience is very common but not often talked about. You should also talk about your concerns with your doctor, they also may be able to offer some suggestions. I will tag a few other members to see if they have any experiences or advice they would like to share:
@Jasyah @Bernis19 @Lashaycole1993 @nicole21 @Mariss96 @KidsNo1 @jasmine8209 @Mgroh4567 @ZariaM19 @Josephmartin81 @Alaydra @Francisk @Alexis.1999 @Alostfather
How do you manage your postpartum depression? Is there anything to be done to "snap out of it" or is there a natural course to follow?
Take care,
Lizzi

Hi everyone, I gave birth 1 month ago and my family noticed I'm different since then. I'm crying all day long and don't feel like taking care of my baby. My husband try to help but it's getting out of hand and I don't know how to get over it.. Did you experience it too? How did you overcome this feeling? Thank you for your advices and help!
