Whoa, quite the question, thanks Somya. Postpartum depression, agreed w above symptoms. Plus, heard thru grapevine ( don't have kids myself), if said depression exists, a new mom could possibly harm child. Very scary place to believe a parent could do damage to another person. If diagnosed, No shame in seeking help. Necessary, in fact. Therapy just may save a life.

Hi everyone, how are you doing today? 😊
Postpartum depression affects many new mothers after childbirth, often leaving them feeling isolated or unsure of what they’re experiencing. Signs can include intense fatigue, ongoing sadness, irritability, anxiety, or even a lack of connection with the baby.
If these feelings last more than two weeks and begin to interfere with your daily life, it’s important to seek medical support. You’re not alone, and help is available.
💬 Have you felt an overwhelming sadness or fatigue that doesn’t improve with rest?
👶 Are you finding it difficult to bond with your baby?
🧠 Do you feel overwhelmed or stuck in persistent negative thoughts?

Let’s talk about it together, without judgment. Your experiences and your feelings are valid, and others may be going through something similar.
With care,
Somya from the Carenity Team 🌼
