I’ve noticed my anxiety starts when my two inner monologues start. One will choose a topic and have negative views (I.e. this person is mad at you so they’re not answering you) while the other is having positive/logical reasoning (I.e. they’re at work you’re fine they’re busy you didn’t do anything to make them mad yet).
