U 200 provides about twice the units as the U100 pen. You only need half the volume of insulin of U200 as with the U100 for the same units,
So if you were taking 80 units of U200, you would take 160 units of U100.
Always check with your doctor though to confirm.

I was on tresiba u200 and due to cost I am now on u100 leviquin. I took 80 units of tresiba, so do I take 80 units of the u100 ir take 160units
