Prayer and seeking God's word and asking me to grant me peace in mind and ask why are you worried about today cast it to him who cares for you 1 Peter 5:7
Seeking rest and slow down and rest in him and take a walk and spend time with family and friends.
My church members in my Bible small group we are discussing whatever the things that we're seeking to be accountable for we come once a week and tell each other to keep us accountable for the things that we want to do for that week and it's been helping me I've asked my church members to keep me accountable to work out Tuesday and Thursday when I go to my Bible study on Wednesday nights and they ask how is it going and it's helping me for them to keep me accountable and to encourage me and pray with me and my workout Tuesday and Thursdays and I'm even starting to add an extra day so just to remember that God is with all of us he cares about us and knows that with our health he is sovereign he's control over our our needs just take it one day at a time everyone you are loved by the Father.

Hello everyone! 😊
Stress, anxiety, and strong emotions can cause major blood sugar fluctuations in people with Type 1 diabetes. This happens because hormones like cortisol and adrenaline increase insulin resistance, leading to unexpected highs (or sometimes lows).
Managing stress can be a key tool for keeping blood sugar stable, but it’s easier said than done!
Have you noticed your blood sugar changing due to stress or emotions?
What techniques help you manage stress to avoid stress-related highs?
