@Browneyes1908‍, how have you been able to manage it/treat it? Any advice or information on your experience?

I have had a close friend who after eating at a restaurant, her and her friend became ill and were a few weeks later diagnosed with IBS and have been on a restricted diet now for over 2 years. They are currently trying to implement new things into their diet, but sometimes the reactions / effects are quite strong.

@Browneyes1908‍ have you been able to cope with your condition through monitoring your diet? I have a friend who has IBS and has seen great results through being able to monitor her diet and limit certain food intakes.

Yes i have but i have IBS with Conspation. And somtimes you get to to a point were you dont want to eat anything. But i push my self.
