Hello everyone, how are you feeling lately?
For many people, the early signs of HIV can feel confusing or hard to pinpoint, as they often resemble common illnesses like the flu. Looking back, those first symptoms can carry a lot of emotions: fear, uncertainty, or even relief when finally getting a diagnosis.
If you feel comfortable sharing, what were your initial symptoms, and how did you come to recognize them as signs of HIV? Was it a slow realization, or did you know something felt different right away?
