Hello everyone,

Has anyone tried an acupuncture pad? They look a little scary, but people say they are great. Wanted to see if anyone here has any opinion or experiences.

How are you doing today?

For Carenity members who don't know what an acupuncture pad is, it is a mat that has small plastic 'spikes' that said to relieve pain, relax muscles, and boost energy. Many people walk or lay on these pads for these benefits.
