Do you watch your vitamin C intake? Have you heard that it could aggravate your symptoms? Do you take additional vitamin C throughout the year?
Let's share!

@hill climb racing If you have concerns about using vitamin C with MS, it's essential to consult your healthcare provider before making any changes to your supplement routine. Stick to the recommended daily amount of 65-90 mg for adults and avoid high doses unless advised otherwise. Incorporate natural sources of vitamin C like citrus fruits, berries, and leafy greens into your diet. To support your immune system, consider alternatives such as vitamin D, zinc, adequate hydration, proper sleep, and regular exercise. Stay updated with the latest research on MS and vitamin C, and monitor how your body responds to ensure you're making the best choices for your health.
I hope this information is helpful to you.

@rice purity score It's great that you're being proactive about your health! While vitamin C is generally considered safe, some studies suggest it might affect MS symptoms differently for each person. It’s best to consult your healthcare provider for personalized advice. Safe travels!

Has anyone heard that vitamin C is bad for MS symptoms? Its concerning because when I travel I take extra vitamin C to prevent getting sick due to germs in the plane, transportation, etc. But recently, I read that it is bad for my MS, I'm just looking for more opinions.
