Good morning!
Try metamucil gummies, sugar free. I also take Senekot at night. Totally helps. I let mine go too long and ended up with bad hemroids and an emergency hemroidectomy. Not a fun recovery. Good luck!!!

I've had a similar experience. A while back, I switched to a healthier diet with lots of fibers and cut out the greasy stuff. But I still felt constipated and uncomfortable. I tried drinking more water and incorporating more [This content has been moderated by an administrator] , which helped a bit. It turned out that stress was a big factor for me, and making some lifestyle changes, like exercising more and practicing mindfulness, made a difference. Definitely see a doctor to rule out anything serious, but you might want to consider other factors like hydration, stress, and overall lifestyle too.

Hello all,
This is a bit of a tough question to ask on the internet, but I have been feeling very constipated over the past few months. Initially I thot it was because of my diet, which I changed to include a lot more fibres and avoid fatty freid foods, but even after 1 month of controlling it, I am not able to 'go' properly. It hurts while passing too. Anyone else facing similar problems? I am going to go to a doctor very soon, because it feels so unpleasant.
