Hi @Nick51,
Thank you for sharing your story. It sounds like you’ve been through a lot over the years, it’s tough when our bodies change in ways we didn’t expect, but it’s great that you're seeking medical attention and managing dialysis now.
I wonder if you've found any diet changes or activity routines that help you feel more in control of your condition? Please don’t hesitate to share more if you're comfortable, it could really help others in the community who might be facing similar challenges.
Take care,

Hello everyone!
How are you today?
The pancreas plays an important role in digestion and blood sugar regulation. For those living with conditions like diabetes, pancreatitis, or pancreatic cancer, it’s essential to adopt lifestyle habits that can help reduce stress on the pancreas. This includes eating a balanced, fiber-rich diet, limiting saturated fats and processed foods, and maintaining a healthy weight. It's also recommended to avoid excessive alcohol consumption, stay active, manage stress, and have regular medical check-ups to prevent or manage complications.
Have you made any dietary or lifestyle changes to take better care of your pancreas? Have you noticed any positive effects on your symptoms after adjusting your diet or habits?
