I don't know enough about it to begin to understand what effect it would have. As it turns out I have health issues beyond what we originally thought was sleep apnea, and I'm beginning to think that everything from poor air quality to the poison food we consume definitely has an adverse effect. I also believe that we were never designed to live as long as we do.

Hello everyone,
How are you doing today?
Microplastics and nanoplastics, now everywhere in our environment, pose a growing health threat.
As plastics break down, they release tiny particles that enter our bodies through food, air, or skin contact.
These particles can trigger inflammation, weaken the immune system, and disrupt hormones. For people with chronic conditions, the impact may be even greater due to already compromised immunity or sensitivity to endocrine disruptors.
While the exact mechanisms are still under study, understanding their effects is crucial for better protection.
Do you think environmental factors like plastic pollution could worsen your symptoms?
Have you already changed your habits (diet, plastic use, etc.) to reduce your exposure to microplastics?
