Hi Linda

I'm not sure what BIU8a means but I'm also bipolar 1. My depression is debilitating. I literally don't do anything. I sleep all day. I don't fix anything to eat. My family is left to fend for themselves. I dhon't shower.

I know it's hard to go through. If you ever need to talk the group is here for you.
