Hi Jim, I am sorry I have no advice nor knowledge for you - other than to say I feel for you. It's my kiddo who has Crohn's disease (he's 14) and was diagnosed at age 7. I think he's had it literally his entire life. I actually did not know that Crohn's can lead to kidney stones. Ironically, kidney stones is one of my kiddo's biggest fears (since watching the movie "Heaven is for Real"), so this is not good news. But I think Crohn's people are some of the toughest people around! I hope you can get answers and most importantly get rid of that thing and feel better very soon.

I have been suffering the results of Crohn's for most of my life starting in my teens and resulting in a life saving surgery in 1971 to repair a perforation in my intestines around my small bowel! Many feet of my intestines and part of my small bowel were taken out. I survived and did quite well since then! But have suffered another problem...the developement of kidney stones! Recently I got one in my pancreas,, causing me to lose 20 pounds (which I needed). I read that having Crohn's makes me and others more likely to develope Kidney stones. The first attempt to move it failed! I'm on attempt number two! Anyone out there familiar with this condition or can speak on it? Thanks so much!
