@frank24 Hello Frank, oh yes I definitely do! Some days are worse them others, but overall it can be really debilitating. I get it really badly in my hands and back. Besides medication, stretching has really helped. I try to stretch every night before going to bed and a little bit in the morning. It really helps with the stiffness.

@frank24 I have joint pain from time to time but not really inflammation, I think my doctor called it arthralgia. I started out treating it with just NSAIDs like Aleve, but then it really got to be not enough. So now my doctor has me on remicade (it's a biologic) and I see a physical therapist from time to time to show me excercises to do for the stiffness that I can do while watching TV at night. And when it's really bad I ice and elevate.

Does anyone else suffer from joint pain and inflammation? If so what do you guys suggest for it?
