While I know that you are supposed to be in therapy when taking medication for it to be effective but I have had so many issues finding a therapist that is a good fit for me so I am relying solely on medication and while I still have bouts of pretty serve depression the medication has helped tremendously to keep those bouts low in number, I have also noticed that without the medication things are not good for me at all.

Hi everyone,
How are you feeling today?
Living with mental health conditions like depression or anxiety can be extremely overwhelming at times, and finding the right balance between medication, therapy, and other approaches isn’t always straightforward. What works for one person might not work for another, and it often takes a lot of trial and error to figure out what helps the most.
What has your experience been like in finding this balance? Do you rely more on therapy, medication, or a combination of the two? Have you tried other options, like meditation or physical activities?
