Impossible task for me, when depression is bad, is getting out of bed and cooking. I just will not cook.

I find it hard to be motivated to do anything because it will probably be taken away from me again.

The Impossible Task
Whenever people are dealing with depression, the symptoms that they experience can be vast and varied; from insomnia to weight fluctuations.
Instead of talking about the well-known symptoms of depression, we want to ask you what your ‘impossible task’ is.
The term ‘impossible task’ became known through a viral Twitter thread where those sufferring with depression shared their ‘impossible task’. These tasks referred to the mundane, everyday actions that used to be easy to do but now seem impossible, such as doing the laundry, picking up a prescription, or even washing a plate.
Please share with us your impossible task and gain comfort in knowing that you are not alone in sometimes finding seemingly simple actions, insurmountable.
