I'm curious to hear your thoughts. My initial answer would be h*ll naw. But am I still holding onto shame about having HIV? What would you do?

Don't be ashamed, it is what it is. I didn't tell my parents and I'm not. So hell naw. Only ones that know are my kids..They are the only ones I can trust besides people like me.
