Great post! Great idea! My victory is everyday that I get up, roll out of bed, and say I am going to keep going!

I love reading your accomplishments. I am in the Relapse-Remitting stage and just had a pretty bade relapse. I felt the weakest I had in a very long time, probably in the last year. Today I was able to walk about .5 mile before I had to use my walker and take a slight rest.

Top chef
This is a great post and I wanted to revamp it.
MS can cause a total on one... so let's make sure and encourage and congratulate every accomplishment one makes while diagnosed with MS.

My husband had MS-4 programme about 4 months ago. he sleeps soundly, works out frequently, and is now very active. It doesn’t make the MS go away but it did give him better quality of life. [This content has been moderated by an administrator for violating Carenity’s Terms of Use.]

MS is not an easy disease to undertake and those all of our accomplishments and achievements should be celebrated.
What did you accomplish/achieve today?
Today I cleaned up the kitchen and living room without any assistance from family.
