Hi @JohnCash234
How are you doing today?
Thanks for getting this discussion started! There is so so much information on the internet, it can be difficult to identify reputable sites and pinpoint the information that is relevant to your case. I will tag a few members to see what advice they have to offer.

What lifestyle changes have you found to be the most helpful in managing your symptoms? What resources did you turn to to learn more about your diagnosis? Do you have a support group you turn to? Where did you find them?
Any tips you have, please share with our new member!
Take care,

I found that losing weight and doing physical therapy kept me in the best working condition I can be in. In the beginning, it was a challenge, but slowly you get accustomed to the changes you are making. I reduced my alcohol intake and saturated fat intake. I attempt to walk as much as I can without over exerting myself. Small changes add up to large results, and POSITIVE MENTAL ATTITUDE IS NEEDED for me to continue on the correct path. It's been 14 years, but I try to learn everyday and read about the medical advances. Speaking to your neurologist is the best way to learn. The People you are around are key as well. Surround yourself with good vibes, and it makes the journey much easier (IT IS STILL A DAILY CHALENGE).💪STAY STRONG WARRIORS!!!!

Hello Carenity
I've been recently diagnosed with MS, and I'm trying to navigate through the overwhelming amount of information online but I feel like I'm drowning. I would appreciate your insights - What lifestyle changes have you found most beneficial in managing your symptoms, and are there specific resources or support groups you recommend for someone newly diagnosed?
Thank you in advance,
JohnCash234
