@mysister Hello Missy, I think we've all been in your shoes at some point. There's no reason to be ashamed, it happens to everyone, regardless of their size. I think it's important to be kind to yourself. Don't beat yourself up about it. I motivate myself by reminding myself that I'm doing this for me and no one else. I'm not trying to impress anyone, I'm just trying to help myself feel better physically and mentally.

@mysister Hey, it's like the saying about riding a horse or whatever, you just get up and try again! No big deal. Everybody has moments where they have to put other things first. You just got to remind yourself when you get through the tough moment that you're doing it for yourself and that you're going to feel better. Don't do it for others, do it for you.

Hey Missy, Welcome back! We're stoked you're back on the forum and ready to get back on the weight-loss wagon. It can be tough to jump back in after such a long break, but you can do it! Take some time to think about why you want to make this change and how it'll make you feel when you reach your goals. It'll be your motivation. Then, create a weight loss plan with a specialist with achievable goals, both short-term and long-term. This will help keep you on track and motivated. Don't be too hard on yourself if you slip up - it's normal. Lastly, find yourself a support system of people who will cheer you on and encourage you. We're here to help, too!

"It can be tough to restart a weight-loss journey after falling off the wagon. I'm actually in the same boat as you - I'm trying to lose weight too! I recently stumbled upon an interesting article about steroids that stimulate fat burn and weight loss. It's definitely something worth looking into if you're struggling to see results. However, it's important to remember that any weight-loss journey should prioritize your health and safety above all else. Here's the link with more info: https://www.laweekly.com/best-steroid-for-weight-loss/ As for finding motivation, I think it's helpful to set small, achievable goals for yourself and track your progress. Celebrate the little victories along the way, and don't be too hard on yourself if you slip up - just keep moving forward. And don't be afraid to reach out for support - there are plenty of online communities and resources out there to help you along the way."

Embarking on the journey to restart my weight loss has been a personal and sometimes challenging experience. Taking a moment to reflect on my past attempts, I realized the importance of setting realistic goals. Crafting a meal plan that aligns with my lifestyle has been a game-changer, introducing sustainable changes that I can stick to. Regular exercise, whether it's a brisk walk or a favorite workout routine, has become a non-negotiable part of my routine.
Ensuring quality sleep has been another crucial aspect, recognizing its impact on my body's natural weight management processes. Recently, I've started exploring natural supplements to complement my efforts. One that caught my attention is medicinal mad honey [This content has been moderated by an administrator]. While I believe in the power of a holistic approach to weight loss, this unique honey has become a flavorful addition to my meals, and I'm curious to see how it complements my journey.
Consistency remains the linchpin of my efforts, and I'm eager to hear from others who may have valuable tips or experiences to share on restarting a weight-loss journey. Let's swap stories and support each other as we navigate the path to a healthier, happier lifestyle.

Hi everyone,
I haven't been on in probably almost a year... I had some family drama that really did a number on me emotionally and it caused me to fall of the weigh-loss wagon. I was doing well around this time last year, but now I've regained all the weight I'd lost plus some... I'm embarassed and a little ashamed...
I guess what I wanted to ask is what do y'all do when you fall off the wagon? How do you find the motivation to start up again and keep going? I need some help here and my family is no help as they're basically worse off than I am.
Missy
