No symptoms. I had not used Western Medicine or doctor since my mid 30s.

@Nofear how did you receive your diagnosis? What prompted the doctor to suspect prostate cancer?

Personally what prompted a lower GI was rapidly increasing PSA numbers. I was treated with brachytherapy. No issues past 8 years.

I experienced painful urination and started to lose control of being able to control when I needed to go. I also was starting to have to go to the bathroom more often.
The going to the bathroom more frequently was happening for a bit of time before the painful urination... which ultimately prompted me to seek a doctor's opinion.

I am concerned... I am not currently experiencing painful urination but it feels like every 30 minutes I need to go to the bathroom... I do drink a lot of water and caffeine thought; just seems like it is getting worse.... my mind is wandering in concern. I need to make an appointment. I know

The biggest problem we face is having our most sensitive organs seized by females. This abuse has caused me to seek no so-called medical treatment. Why are no men hired to care for men? What kind of men serve as accomplices tor females to abuse other men?

I had painful and "fitful" urination. I mean, I would start to urinate and then the flow would stop but before my bladder was empty. It was because my prostate was swollen at the time and was blocking the flow. I was also sore - sensitive in the area behind my testicles, again because of the swollen prostate. Still, the diagnosis really took me by surprise.

i want to ask a question. My Dr. put me on a medication to treat the return of prostrate cancer in the form of metastatic bone cancer. It is called Zytiga , a very expensive testosterone blocker. ( over 10k for 120 pills). I have 5 months of this as my Dr. pulled me off this medication. I don’t want to see them go to waste. Is there a way to give them to patients in Carenity? New unopened bottles.

Hello Carenity members,
What were the symptoms that you originaly experienced with prostate cancer that made you seek medical advice? Please describe the symptoms and their duration before you sough medical advice/treatment.
My hopes is that this becomes a forum for users to reference in the future or for those that are possible concerned they may need to seek medical advice.
Thank you.
