I agree. I exercise, I eat the best I can, but I did not get diabetes because of any life decisions.

I wish others knew the difference between type-1 and type-2 diabetes and were more understanding.
It is frustrating because we inherited this condition - it is an autoimmune disease - and we cannot just turn it off with diet and exercise. It it is not a metabolic disorder like type-2.
Does anyone else understand me?
